The 1979 Chuck E. Cheese Halloween Mask was a promotional item distributed alongside the 1979 Jasper T. Jowls Halloween Mask- only confirmed to have been given at the fourth Pizza Time Theatre location, Sacramento, CA (7020 Stockton Blvd), though likely was givern or sold at other locations around the time.

The only other appearance of either mask is in the San Jose, CA (370 S Winchester Blvd) 1979 news coverage, which depicts the Jasper mask amongst other collectables on a frame labeled “The Pizza Time Promotions”, likely affirming the promotion was at least also held at the Winchester location, and seemingly dating the footage.
