Westland MI (208 S Wayne Rd) was a franchised store that opened on December 18, 1980, and closed in 1986 with a Balcony Stage. This store was the very first CEC and the first PTT, in general, to open in the state of Michigan.
History
Westland opened on December, 18 1980. The location was franchised by Micheal Illich. The store opened with a Balcony Stage in the dining room, and had Beagles, and Dolli Dimples[1] in the Cabaret and Lounge room. Their Dolli Dimples was replaced by The King in either 1982 or 1983. The location closed sometime in 1986. After it closed, it was turned into a Caesarland restaurant and the exterior was modified. Caesarland would close sometime from 2007 - 2011. As of September 2024, the location is still vacant.
