BillyCon V

BillyCon V was the 5th ever BillyCon event hosted at Billy Bob's Wonderland (Barboursville, WV (5 Cracker Barrel Dr)) from July 11th-13th, 2025.Admission was free to the event, but up to 100 guests could pre-purchase the VIP pass for $50, which included merchandise, a VIP lounge, early access to the event, a stage tour, and more. All VIP tickets were sold out by the event’s start.

Some things that were included in the VIP pass for the events were: Custom VIP lanyards, Billy Bob’s Swag Bag, Billy Bob’s T-Shirts, Tokens, Wristbands, Early access to Billy Bobs before it opens, Discounted show requests, Exclusive VIP Lounge and Stage tours.

During the 3 day event they had a schedule what events and shows they would have at certain times. These are what they did, and they days they did them on. Day 1: Welcome Hour, Crazy Colander Head Night and the Group photo. Day 2: VIP Hour, Magic Hour, Trade Show, Con Photo Op, Beatles Hour, Trivia Hour and the Group photo. Day 3: VIP Hour, Costume Contest, Group photo, and Country hour.

Another thing they did for shows is they had a paid Song Request time during the events. It would open and close every so often to get requests for which shows to play next. Each song request was $5 unless you had the VIP pass which was $2. You could only choose from a certain list of shows. They prohibited custom non-CEI permitted shows.

During the event they had the walkaround characters come out and get photos with people for a certain time, before heading back and coming back out later.
