This location opened on March 25th, 1982, and closed in 1985/1986 (Unknown Day & Month).
This location is not to be confused with the
Pizza Time Theatre on
4420 14th St which opened in October 1981 and closed on June 16th, 1984 with a
Balcony Stage or the current
Chuck E. Cheese location on
905 44th Ave which opened on March 3rd, 1999 with a Studio C (1997)|Studio C Alpha which got removed in April 2023 for a
2021 Model Dance Floor &
Video Wall, that store still operates to this day.
History
Bradenton opened its doors on March 25th, 1982 as the 9th Showbiz Pizza store in Florida (9th in Florida after
Jacksonville, FL (9820 Atlantic Blvd), Tampa, FL (1707 E Fowler Ave),
Altamonte Springs,
Orlando, FL (7419 International Dr), Tampa, FL (12707 Dale Mabry Hwy),
Pensacola,
Jacksonville, FL (6065 Youngerman Circle), & Fort Lauderdale, FL (7053 W Broward Blvd)|Fort Lauderdale). They opened with with the RockAfire Explosion like every other ShowBiz did. Like many other ShowBiz locations, it had a typical SPP layout seen in many other stores across the United States. After just over three or four years of operation, the store shut down in 1985/1986 at an unknown date. It is unknown of what happened to the show after it closed. It is unknown what's the space as of June 2023.
