CEC 2000 Annual Report

1. Go to GitHub Settings → Tokens
2. Click "Generate new token" → "Fine-grained token" (recommended) OR "Classic token"
3. Fine-grained: Set "Repository access" to "All repositories" (or just select your fork if it exists)
4. Fine-grained: Grant permissions: Contents (Read & Write), Pull Requests (Read & Write)
5. Classic: Just check the repo scope (full control of repositories)
6. Copy the token and paste it above

Your token is only stored in your browser's memory during this session and is never sent anywhere except GitHub.
