The Black Pizza Time Theatre Exterior Sign was an exterior sign installed on most Pizza Time Theatre stores from May/June 1979 to early 1981. The Exterior Sign was first used at the Pizza Time Theatre on Concord, CA (1975 Diamond Blvd) and last removed at the closure of Ogden, UT (3155 Harrison Blvd) in 1991.

History

The Black PTT Exterior Sign was created as the mostly standard PTT exterior logo as both San Jose, CA (1371 Kooser Rd) and San Jose, CA (370 S Winchester Blvd) used non standard Exterior Signs. The Black PTT Exterior Sign was used on most PTT exteriors from 1979 to early 1981, however, some used plain Yellow letter signage.^[1] The sign was replaced on most PTT stores during the early 1980’s due to most getting the PTT 1981 Exterior Update. The last sign was removed after he closure of Ogden, UT (3155 Harrison Blvd) in 1991.
