Chuck E.’s Fiesta Mexicana is a generic live show released alongside Chuck E's Tall Tales which could be played through December 2001.
Summary
The show starts with an intro featuring the Chuckettes along with some kids and presumably a character named Uncle Simon. The live show features Chuck E. singing in English, while the rest of the band sings in Spanish. At the end, the kids and Chuckettes thank Chuck E. and Uncle Simon for teaching them the dance.
