Chuck E's Yo Yoo Punch

Chuck E's Yo Yoo Punch was a redemption game made for Chuck E. Cheese locations in 2000. This game is a branded version of Yo Yoo Punch manufactured by Skee-Ball Inc.(1)

Gameplay

Upon putting credits to the game, the gameplay of this arcade machine would start off by giving the player twenty seconds to hit the red button near 'YOUR SCORE' while flashing the indicated score next to the 'TARGET SCORE' until the red button is hit, which the player would then try to hit the red button at the middle of the machine with the targeted amount of force using the machine's hammer. Once the red button is hit, the ball that is inside the arcade machine would spin around clockwise based on how much force the player gave, scoring a point for each time the ball spins over the top of the spinner and getting slower based on the amount of force the player gave to the button until it stops spinning. If the player's score reaches the targeted score, the machine would reward the player with a jackpot amount of tickets. If the player's score isn't at the targeted score, the machine would award an amount of tickets based on how far away they were from the target score.https://youtu.be/dKvvS8ygheU

Audio

It is unknown if Chuck E's Yo Yoo Punch reuses any audio from the American release version of the original branded game due to there being no footage/clips of the American audio version online. Upon starting up the game, an announcer is heard telling the player to 'Check the score first!', which four seconds after starting up, would prepare the player by saying 'Ready? Get set.. HIT IT!'. once the red button is hit, the machine then plays a twirl sound for each time the ball inside the machine makes a complete clockwise spin until the it stops spinning. If the player's score is closer to the targeted score, the machine would count down beginning three numbers before from the targeted score is reached, which if the player's score doesn't get to the targeted score, the machine would compliment the player for trying their best, such as 'Wow, you're strong! Not so hard next time.'(0) The game uses one speaker on the front of the cabinet which presumably uses mono.
