The head used in the notorious CEC movie, Chuck E. Cheese In The Galaxy 5000,(1) is the same articulated head that was created in 1996 by David “Billy Bob” Irvin. The head is seen paired with his standard outfit and a yellow hat that was only seen in the movie.
