History
Glendale (Olive) opened in the summer of 1983 as a
Pistol Pete's Pizza .
[1] By May 23rd, 1987, it had become a Peter Piper Pizza.
[2] The only thing known about the restaurant is that it was given high scores during health inspections.
[3] Despite this, it closed sometime in 2006 or 2007. By the end of 2007, a Savers thrift store opened in the space, closing after 2011. After many years of vacancy, the space became an Arizona Department of Economic Security office in 2018. As of June 2025, it remains like this.
