This location is located right across from Georgetown Plaza Shopping Center. They would receive Concept Unification in 1991 or 1992, and close in December 2011 due to numerous issues.
History
4910 W 38th St opened on November 4th, 1981 and had a Rock-Afire Explosion like every other Showbiz. Around 1991 or 1992, they would receive Concept Unification and receive the Concept Unification decor and a new exterior. In around the Mid 1990's, They would receive either
Phase 1 (1994) or
Phase 2 (1997) which added a lot of 1990s decor and assets such as the Record Posters and Colored Chase Lights. In the late 90's, they received the Phase 3 remodel. It got a new exterior and most of the early 90s decor was removed and the late 90's and 2000's decor and SkyTubes were added. They closed in November 2011 after 30 years in operation due to numerous issues. They were abandoned with the inside gutted for almost 4 years. They became a car dealership named 'Carplex' in 2015. As of January 2023, the Carplex is still there with most Chuck E. Cheese remnants removed.
Stages
Originally when the store opened, they had a Rock-Afire Explosion like every other Showbiz location. In 1991 or 1992, they would undergo Concept Unification, this was the process used to convert the RAE characters into the Chuck E. Cheese characters. They would still have this until November 2011 when they would close due to numerous issues.
