July 1993 Segment 1
Chuck E. Cheese:
Presenting a song about one of our favorite activities sung by Jasper T. Jowls ala, well you’ll know who
Jasper T. Jowls:(Singing)
Life inside a special world only made for boys and girls.
Balls are green, red, yellow, and blue.
And funny tubes to wiggle through, do the ball crawl.
The ball, ball crawl.
The ball, ball crawl.
The ball, ball crawl.
You can hide when your momma calls, you can hide from them all.
Pinch your brother and he’ll never know
cause you’ll be hiding down below, do the ball crawl.
The ball, ball crawl.
The ball, ball crawl.
The ball, ball crawl.
Come on Chuck E., let’s jump in.
You can play like you’re doing the swim.
Bring your buddies and your best friend too.
Eat some pizza and when you’re through do the ball crawl.
The ball, ball crawl.
The ball, ball crawl.
The ball, ball crawl.
The ball, ball crawl.
The ball, ball crawl.
The ball, ball crawl.
The ball, ball crawl
Chuck E. Cheese:
Ok everybody, you hear that beat?
Helen Henny:
Yeah
Pasqually:
Sure do
Chuck E. Cheese:
That’s the beat for only one dance
Pasqually:
And this is a dance you do with your hands
Chuck E. Cheese:
It’s called the hand jive and we’re gonna start it off real slow so everybody can get it, ok?
Mr. Munch:
Chuck E., I got a question
Chuck E. Cheese:
Yeah, what is it, Munch
Mr. Munch:
How can I do the hand jive and play the keyboard at the same time?
Chuck E. Cheese:
Use your feet. For you we’ll make an exception. Here we go.
Chuck E. Cheese:(Singing)
I know a cat named Way Out Willie, got a cool little sow named rockin’ Billy.
Walk and stroll and Susie Q.
Do that crazy hand jive too.
Come on, I need to see more of you trying it. You can do it
Helen Henny:(Singing)
Momma, momma look at uncle Joe doing the hand jive with sister Flo.
Grandma gave every sister a dime, do that hand jive one more time
All:(Singing)
Hand jive, hand jive, hand jive.
Do that crazy hand jive
Chuck E. Cheese:
Ok folks, that’s really good. But now we’re gonna pick up the tempo. Are you ready? Yeah, this is fun, I love it. Come on, let’s go
Jasper T. Jowls:(Singing)
Doctor, lawyer, Indian chief.
Now we all dig that crazy beat.
Way Out Willie gave em all the treat.
And he did the hand jive with his feet
All:(Singing)
Hand jive, hand jive, hand jive.
Do that crazy hand jive
Pasqually:
Yeah
Chuck E. Cheese:
Alright Helen, I got the idea now but let’s go over it one more time
Helen Henny:
Ok, it’s like this.
Helen Henny:(Singing)
Slap your legs, clap your hands, over, under, fist, fist, ? right, ? left
Chuck E. Cheese & Helen Henny:(Singing)
Slap your legs, clap your hands, over, under, fist, fist, ? right, ? left
Chuck E. Cheese:
Alright. Ok, you guys are experts by now. So we’re picking it up even faster. Dance? Do the best you can
Pasqually:(Singing)
Me and Chuck E. say got to go.
Doing the hand have all the way home.
The kids got crazy it’s plain to see, doing the hand jive on tv,
yeah
All:(Singing)
Hand jive, hand jive, hand jive,
do that crazy hand jive
Chuck E. Cheese:
I wanna introduce you to the coolest band in the world. Helen Henny, Pasqually, Jasper T. Jowls, Mr. Munch. I’m Chuck E. Cheese and I’ll be coming back at you in a little bit. See you later!
July 1993 Segment 2
Jasper T. Jowls:(Singing)
I’ve got the urge to move and groove to the music down deep inside
Helen Henny & Jasper T. Jowls:(Singing)
The chorus flows through my soul just like a gushing river, takes me for a ride
Jasper T. Jowls:(Singing)
The sound explodes and I can’t keep myself from dancing to the moving beat
Helen Henny & Jasper T. Jowls:(Singing)
I want to go
Jasper T. Jowls:(Singing)
To the place that has my friends around me, that is where we’ll meet.
Feel the rhythm.
Feel the rhythm down deep in your soul.
I feel the passion, I know that it has the power with every note I hear.
It takes me up to a place where I’ve never been before, another stratosphere.
The sound explodes and I can’t keep myself from dancing to the moving beat.
I want to go to the place and have my friends around me.
You know that’s where we’ll meet.
Feel the rhythm.
Feel the rhythm down deep in your soul.
Feel the rhythm.
Feel the rhythm down deep in your soul
Mr. Munch:(Singing)
Come on now, feel the rhythm.
Come on it’s in your soul.
Come on and feel the rhythm
Jasper T. Jowls:(Singing)
Feel the rhythm.
Feel the rhythm down deep in your soul.
Feel the rhythm.
Feel the rhythm down deep in your soul.
Way down deep in your soul.
Way down deep.
Feel the rhythm.
Feel the rhythm down deep in your soul
Mr. Munch:
Yeah. Hey, who says this hand doesn’t have any rhythm?
Chuck E. Cheese:
Right you are, Munch. And not only do we have rhythm, we got magic. Helen?
Helen Henny:(Singing)
Do you believe in magic in a young girl’s heart?
How the music can free her whenever it starts
and it’s magic.
If the music is groovy,
it makes you feel happy like an old time movie.
I’ll tell you bout the magic that’ll free your soul but it’s like trying to tell a stranger bout rock n roll.
Would you believe in magic?
Don’t bother to choose if it’s jumping music or rhythm and blues.
Just go listen, it’ll start with a smile that won’t wipe off your face no matter how hard you try.
Your feet start start tapping and you can’t seem to find
why you’re not there so just groove your mind.
Helen Henny:
I think all music is magical, it just makes you wanna
Jasper T. Jowls:
Pull a rabbit out of a hat?
Helen Henny:
No, silly. Not that kind of magic, the magic that makes you wanna get up and dance
Jasper T. Jowls:
Oh
Mr. Munch:
Boy, it would be magic if we could do that
Helen Henny:(Singing)
Yeah. If you believe in magic, come along with me.
Dancing till morning, just you and me.
And maybe if the music is right,
I’ll meet you tomorrow sorta late at night.
And we’ll go dancing and then you’ll see how
the magic’s in the music and the music’s in me, yeah.
Do you believe in magic?
Believe in the magic of a young girl’s soul.
Believe in the magic of rock n roll.
Believe in the magic, it can set you free.
Oh I’m talking bout magic.
Do you believe in magic like I believe?
Do you believe in magic?
Chuck E. Cheese:
Helen, that was great. Would you sing that song again for us sometime?
Helen Henny:
Ok, Chuck E. be glad love to
Chuck E. Cheese:
Alright. Meanwhile, the band will be back with some more great tunes in a little bit. See you later
July 1993 Segment 3
Mr. Munch:
Boy, this country music always makes me hungry
Pasqually:
I know what you mean, Munch. The kitchen always seems to add up more orders when we play country music
Chuck E. Cheese:
Well, I guess there’s just no accounting for taste. Get it? Accounting? Jasper, help me out here, huh?
Jasper T. Jowls:(Singing)
I got some money in my pocket and my friends are rarin’ to go.
We’re gonna cruise down the street and hear Munch’s bands brand new show.
I’m gonna comb my hair and shine up my boots.
I’m gonna hear Munch wail out the blues.
Well the clock tells me that it’s time for Chuck E.’s place.
My pizza’s waiting for me and I wanna see Helen’s smiling face, oh yeah.
Pasqually cooked up some more, i’m comin over for sure.
Come on y’all, make me some space.
Cause the clock tells me that it’s time for Chuck E.’s place.
Now my old pal Munch is gonna meet me for lunch today.
And will one of y’all please give him a call and say I’m on my way?
Oh yeah.
I’m gonna blend right in and maybe make a new friend but you know that that’s ok.
Well the clock tells me that it’s time for Chuck E.’s place.
My pizza’s waiting for me and I wanna see Helen’s smiling face, oh yeah.
Pasqually cooked up some more, I’m comin’ over for sure.
You know I’m gonna stuff my face, yeah.
Cause the clock tells me that it’s time for Chuck E.’s place
Pasqually:
This music has got me so excited that I just wanna sing
Chuck E. Cheese:
Pasqually, I didn’t know you sung country
Pasqually:
It’s just that I sing to a different beat and it makes me feel good
Chuck E. Cheese:
Here he is, Pasqually singing about feeling good
Pasqually:(Singing)
Hey. I feel good I knew that I would now.
I feel good I knew that I would now.
So good. So good. I got you.
I feel nice like sugar and spice now.
I feel nice like sugar and spice now.
Feel nice. So nice. I got you.
When I hold you in my arms,
I know that I can do no wrong.
When I hold you in my arms
my love won’t do you no harm.
I feel nice like sugar and spice now.
And I feel nice like sugar and spice, yeah.
So nice. So nice. I got you.
When I hold you in my arms,
I know that I can do no wrong.
And when I hold you in my arms
my love won’t do you no harm.
I feel nice like sugar and spice now.
Well I feel nice like sugar and spice.
So nice. So nice. I got you.
So nice. So nice. I got you.
So good. So good. I got you
