History

It is unknown the price of the item upon its release. In 1980 its price was somewhere in the range of $1.59 to $2.65 (likely the latter).⁽³⁾ In April of 1982 it would be $3.45.⁽⁴⁾ In October 1983 it would be $3.79 in Honolulu and $3.25 in New York.⁽⁵⁾⁽²⁾
