April 2007 follows the plot of Pasqually dancing and hitting his head during "Celebration" and having amnesia, causing the band to try and make him remember who he is throughout segments three and four.
This show has a small story in which Pasqually gains a concussion and believes that he's one of the other band members throughout the show, the rest of the band members try to have Pasqually to remember who he is while he's in delusion.
