The Chuck E. Cheese Cyberamic is an animatronic figure created by Pizza Time Theatre Inc. for Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza Time Theatre locations from 1979-1980's, and by other companies in the 1990's.

It is a pretty simple figure, having only 8 movements. The Chuck E. Cyberamic would later be utilized in the Road Stage, 2-Stage, and 1-Stage shows as part of Munch's Make-Believe Band.

History

The animatronic was first created in 1979 as an easier, cheaper animatronic to mass-produce, making sure all the locations are within budget and consistent between animatronic designs (since the original portrait bots were often made with several inaccuracies from location-to-location, like different colored vests, different shaped snouts and/or differences in the eye area). The animatronic, like the original portrait bots, originally came with a microphone and a cigar, but in 1980, the cigar was removed as part of Nolan's commitment to the Great American Smoke-Out, but the microphone was kept, the change was pretty much rushed, as several PTT era animatronics still have Chuck looking like he's grabbing on to an air microphone in the hand opposite to his microphone.

The animatronic would gain legs first in 1985 using the same leg mechs as The King before gaining unique leg mechs in 1987 for the Rocker Stage.

Chuck originally had his traditional derby vest design, but that was replaced with a Tux design for Concept Unification, and then later Cool, Avenger and Rockstar designs. The most common of the clothing items today is his Avenger outfit.
