This location opened on June 20th 2012 With the 2010 Update and the last Studio C Beta in The USA. It was also the last CEC To open before the Rockstar era. It has a unique Studio C Beta, having the ticket blaster mural. In September 2013, his cap was removed. In the mid to late 2010's, they replaced the avenger shorts with Rockstar pant's. Basically, the only major change was on September 19th 2022, when his random movements began due to navori. As of September 2023, Elk Grove Remains like this. |
