Orlando / Winter Park, FL (1300 Lee Rd) opened on April 27, 1982 as the 63rd Showbiz Pizza store. This store was quite standard, and featured much of the same entertainment, like the Rock-afire Explosion. Aaron and other employees of Creative Engineering Inc. would frequently visit this location whenever a new show was released to obtain feedback from the customers watching the show. It was the nearest Showbiz Pizza to the "47 W Jefferson St" Creative Engineering Building. After just under two years of operation, the store shut down on January 8th, 1984.

Comparatively, this location did not last nearly as long as the other Orlando stores, Orlando, FL (7419 International Dr) and Altamonte Springs, FL (541 W Hwy 436). But, this location continues to live on through memories and the archival of Showbiz Pizza Place material and news spots.

  • The first video(s) this location was seen in was the Creative Engineering/ Showbiz Pizza Place short and long promotional video in 1982. There have been many uploads and archives of this video through the years on the internet, but one in particular that was uploaded on January 17th, 2022 on YouTube seems to be the highest quality available. There are many clips of Winter Park's Rock-afire, but it is not to be confused with the clips of the programming room in the Creative Engineering building.
  • Its second sighting was in a 1983 news cast with Creative Engineering. The video has been uploaded by Aaron Fechter in the highest quality on his YouTube channel. This program details more of the building itself, along with more clips from several of the Creative Engineering buildings.
  • The third and final known recording of this location was in 1984 on a BBC series about technology all over the world called "Computers In Control". This was most definitely filmed before 1984, and the year is simply the release date of the episode.
