2023 CEC Month of Gratitude

CEC Month of Gratitude 2023 is an employees only event lasting throughout November of 2023.

The event provides specific benefits for cast members throughout the month. CEC Corporate marketed this as a way to say thank you to cast members, releasing an official statement and video by David McKillips and other corporate leaders.

Benefits

Employees benefit from multiple perks during the month, mainly being discounts and 3 raffles.

Employee discount on food is increased from 50% to 100%. It is unknown the limitations and quantities of free food served.
30% off purchases from the Chuck E. Cheese Online Store
A General Managers raffle is held for each region where one winner will be selected. It is unknown what the prize is.
All employees nominated as Cast Member of the Month from September 2022 to August 2023 will be placed in a raffle to win a "Super Gratitude Bonus". One member from each region is picked.
All managers nominated as Manager of the Quarter from Q4 2022 to Q3 2023 will be placed in a raffle to win a "Super Gratitude Bonus". One member from each region is picked.
30 minutes of free access to the arcade.

One benefit noted for the event was all stores being closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, despite this already being the usual schedule for years prior.
