At some point, some occupants of the space were possibly Koenig Sporting Goods, Only $1.00, Rellins, & Disc Jokey[1]. All were closed by 2002-2003. After that, construction on the location started.

CEC (April 2004-March 2016)

Post CEC (March 2016-Present)

Sometime after closure, the location was converted into Dollar Tree, completely gutting the store's interior, sealing off the CEC's entrance door, & making a new entrance door in the middle. As of April 2023, Dollar Tree is still there.
