I created Modesto because there is some but not a whole lot of information of Modesto back then like there is literally no interior photos of Modesto as a PTT or Phase 2 and and no exterior photos of it as a phase 2 or 3. But, there is one photo of the exterior when it was a PTT. - ChuckECool |
