Fort Smith, AR (address unknown) was a Pizza Time Theatre that opened in 1984 (Day and month unknown) with a Balcony Stage (making it the first and only CEC in the state of Arkansas with Cyberamics), and closed in 1985 (day and month unknown), making it the only Pizza Time Theatre that operated in the State of Arkansas. This location is said to be the last Pizza Time Theatre that ever opened.
