Beaverton opened their second CEC in September 1990 after the closure of the 11753 SW Beaverton Hillsdale store in July 1985. The store had a Chuck E.'s House stage, the last one installed in Oregon. They also had the 1988 remodel upon opening. This location received the Phase 2 remodel around 1997-1999, changing every aspect around the store, removing all elements of the 1988 remodel. Somehow, Chuck E.'s House remained in the showroom. They then received Phase 3 in the early 2000s, only to close permanently in January 2003 and relocate (day unknown). As of July 2023, the store is now part of a Home Depot store.
