Card System
Chuck E. Cheese's attempted to switch their system from tokens to cards as early as 2006. The concept was originally called Chuck E.'s Token Card, and the system was supplied by Embed International Pty Ltd. The system would have also included electronic-tickets. Only a couple of locations successfully switched from tokens to cards. By 2007, the original concept was cancelled because apparently, not many customers liked the idea of a card system. Then the concept was revived in 2016 as Chuck E.'s Play Pass and Semnox Solutions was chosen as the supplier of the system. The switchover was completed in 2017.
In my honest opinion, CEC should've exclusively went with Embed for all locations. 69.85.235.229 11:56, 15 March 2023 (UTC)
