3717 196th St Suite 100 is a Chuck E. Cheese's located in Lynnwood, Washington.
This location opened as a ShowBiz Pizza Place in August of 1986 and is still open today. This is one of, if not, the only Chuck E. Cheese locations for be located directly under a school.
Stages
In the early 1990s this location underwent Concept Unification, and The Rock-afire was replaced by Munch's Make Believe Band. In 2000, the animatronics were replaced with Cyberamics from the Spokane, WA (2301 W Wellesley Ave) location because of its relocation.
History
This store originally opened as a franchised Showbiz Pizza Place in August of 1986 with The Rock-afire Explosion. At some point this location received assets from a Pizza Time Theater, being some signage, games, and rides.
They would only remodel twice surprisingly. Once from 1989 to 1992 and another one received from 1996 to 1999.
In 2011 they replaced their CD Awards art for Must C TV art. Both pieces of work cover the former windows. In a similar way, they also received 2005 art in late 2016. This location, as of 2022, has no plans to remodel.
