The Rock-afire would remain until 1991/1992 when they would receive the 1988 remodel and Concept Unification, which involved refurbishing the store, and converted the Rock-afire into the 3-Stage. According to some footage, the store's bots weren't maintained very well. By the mid-late '90s, the stage fell so far into disrepair, that the bots were replaced entirely. The bots were switched out with Spokane, WA's bots when they relocated sometime by March 2000. As of 2023, the Cyberamic 3-Stage is still there.

The Lynwood, WA store opened in August of 1986 after the closure of the [[Lynnwood, WA (3815 196th St)|original store]] with a Rock-afire Explosion stage. Unfortunately, information on Lynwood's Showbiz Pizza is scarce, but they might have received the Showbiz Pizza Campground Update in the late '80s.

In 1991/1992, Lynwood fell to Concept Unification, which involved (if they didn't get the 1988 remodel) removing all traces of Showbiz Pizza, that means painting most of the walls white, refurbishing the counters, removing Showbiz decorations for Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza decorations, and removing the Rock-afire Explosion in favor of the 3-Stage. According to some footage tracing from 1995, the bots weren't maintained often.

The store would receive its third and final remodel in the 1990s and would remain as such for the foreseeable future.
=== Chuck E. Cheese's era and the 1993 remodel (Late '90s - today) ===
Lynwood remained like this until the late '90s, when they received the 1993 remodel. This included removing all traces of the 1988 remodel, removing older decor for new decor, changing the exterior, refurbished the showroom, likely covered up the windows in the showroom, and refurbished the counter areas. In 2000, because the store's bots were so far into disrepair, the CEI bots were removed/destroyed, and replaced them with Cyberamic bots, which were from the old Spokane store. As of June 2023, Lynwood still has the 1993 remodel, along with some Phase 3 and 2005 remodel posters, and the Cyberamic 3-Stage.

3717 196th St Suite 100, Store #3173/624 is a Showbiz Pizza Place located in Lynnwood, Washington that opened in August 1986, and is still open today.

This is not to be confused with the Pizza Time Theatre on 18811 28th Ave which opened in August 1981 and closed in 1985 (Unknown Month and Day) with a Balcony Stage or the original Showbiz Pizza Place location in the same area which opened on October 1st, 1982 and closed in between 1984-1986 (Unknown Month and Day) with the Rock-afire Explosion.

Stages

Lynwood opened with a Rock-afire Explosion stage which was possibly used at the original location. The Rock-afire would remain until the early 1990s when they would receive Concept Unification.

By the mid-late '90s, the show fell so far into disrepair, that the characters were replaced entirely with the Cyberamics from the closed Spokane store in the year 2000, utilizing both 3-Stage and 2-Stage props on their unique show.

The store is most notable for keeping the original Jasper cosmetic head used at the Spokane store during the 1980s; and for being the first and last of its kind, after the Springfield, MA (Boston Rd) had a similar short-lived concept.

History

The Lynwood, WA store opened in August of 1986 after the closure of the original store. This would later become the last operating Showbiz Pizza Place in Washington state, as the Bellevue and Seattle locations never made it past the 1980s.

At an unknown point in time, the store received the standard 1986 SPT remodel and most likely received signage from the 18811 28th Ave PTT store around the Concept Unification transitional period.

The store would receive its third and final remodel in the 1990s and would remain as such for the foreseeable future.
