8300 Marbach Rd was a Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza Time Theatre that opened in 1983 and closed in February 1984 with a Balcony Stage. It is possible that this is the shortest lived location ever being open for a little over a year at most although it is not confirmed yet.

History
Unfortunately, there is no documentation on this store other than select advertisements. The location closed in February 1984 for reasons unknown, maybe for underperforming or competition from other San Antonio stores. It was later vacated and sold to many other businesses, and as of today, it is now El Bucanero, a Mexican restaurant.
