The location opened March 6, 2000 in a freestanding building just outside the Rhode Island Mall (Now Midland Commons Shopping Center) with the [[1999 Remodel]] as the first in Rhode Island since the closure of [[Warwick, RI (1245 Bald Hill Rd)]] (Which had a 1-Stage) on November 19, 1994 with a Studio C Alpha. This is the first location in New England to receive any kind of Studio C stage.
The location opened March 6, 2000 in a freestanding building just outside the Rhode Island Mall (Now Midland Commons Shopping Center) with the [[SPT 1992 Remodel Program]] as the first in CEC Rhode Island since the closure of [[Warwick, RI (1245 Bald Hill Rd)]]. The location then remodeled to the 2005 update to the [[2003 "Cool Chuck" Reconfiguration / Major Remodel Initiative]] in November 2012 as the last New England location to get the remodel after [[Lowell, MA (199 Plain St)]] got it in August 2012. This included the removal of the interactive console & Bluescreen for the Ticket Blaster background which they still have to this day, Balcony Seating, Demolition of Showroom Walls, Skytubes being relocated, and replacing the Dim Lights with Bright Florescent lighting.

When the store opened, they had a Studio C Alpha, like most other store opening at the time. Chuck E's Late Night Tuxedo would be replaced with the Avenger outfit in Spring 2011 and removed Chuck's cap in September 2013. In around 2014, the curtains were disabled. As of February 2023, they still have their Studio C Alpha.


Between April-May 2017, the Skytubes would be removed, Between July-August, Tokens would be replaced with [[Chuck E.'s Play Pass]].
Warwick was one of the five New England locations that was open after 2006 that did not receive the Cool Chuck outfit. Those other four were [[Newington, CT (3075 Berlin Tpke)]], [[North Dartmouth, MA (412-418 State Rd)]], [[Waterbury, CT (650 Wolcott St)]], & [[Attleboro, MA (287 Washington St)]].

650 Bald Hill Rd, Store #645 is a Chuck E. Cheese's located in the Midland Commons Shopping Center in Warwick, Rhode Island, as a freestanding building. It opened on March 6, 2000, with a Studio C Alpha.

This is not to be confused with the Warwick, RI (1960 Post Rd) location, which opened in June 1984 and closed in Late 1990. It then relocated to Warwick, RI (1245 Bald Hill Rd), opening in Late 1990, and closed in November 19, 1994.

History

The location opened March 6, 2000 in a freestanding building just outside the Rhode Island Mall (Now Midland Commons Shopping Center) with the SPT 1992 Remodel Program as the first in CEC Rhode Island since the closure of Warwick, RI (1245 Bald Hill Rd). This would be the first location in New England to receive any kind of Studio C stage.

On October 1, 2012 Warwick begin the CEC 2005 Remodel Program. During the remodel, all aspects of previous remodels would be removed. Being replaced with the standard by 2012.[1]

Between April-May 2017, the Skytubes would be removed, Between July-August, Tokens would be replaced with Chuck E.'s Play Pass.
