==Stages and Animatronics==
Silver Spring opened in March 1983 in the Briggs Chaney Shopping Center with a [[Cyberamics Balcony Stage|Balcony Stage]]. The store would be remodeled to the [[1986 SPT Remodel Program|1988 Remodel]] in 1989, replacing the Balcony Stage with a [[Chuck E.'s House Facade]]. It would remain this way until the Early-Mid 1990's when they received [[Phase 1 (1994)|Phase 1]]. It had a unique interior layout and exterior. The store would receive an exterior remodel in around 2006-2007 due to the shopping center remodeling. The store would remain this way until it's permanent closure on August 8th, 2016 due to unknown reasons. After closing, it was a vacant lot for very little time. It was then rebranded to a Lot’s Furniture and More, which didn’t last very long. Then, it was replaced by an Antique Store, which also had a short lifespan. Not long after, the location was converted into an Enterprise Car Rental. As of April 2023, Enterprise still occupies the space with the exterior mostly unchanged.
The store originally opened with the Balcony Stage as shown on the November 1st, 1987 and September 11th, 1988 footage.


In 1989, the Balcony Stage was replaced with the C-Stage, or Chuck E.'s House Facade.

Silver Spring opened with a Balcony Stage, like most at the time; Chuck E. wore a checkered vest. In 1989, the Balcony Stage was converted into a [[Chuck E.'s House Facade]], it lasted until the Early-Mid 90’s when it was replaced by a 2-Stage. The 2-Stage lasted until it’s closing on August 8th, 2016.
The walls that formerly contained the Warblettes and Drum Boards would remain throughout the remodels and were converted into artifact shelves during its 1990s remodel.

In 1993/1994, the Chuck E.'s House Facade would be removed and replaced with a 2-Stage.

The Pasqually Cyberamic would also receive 3-stage Pasqually shoes at some point before it's removal.

In 1987, Silver Spring would be one of the first few to remodel during the efforts to unify PTT and SPP locations under one design. This can be attributed to this location for the way the store is absent of checkers and has a blue wall under the chair railing like most of the first few remodels. Silver Spring also appeared to receive artwork after the remodel.

In 1989, Silver Spring received the 1988 remodel removing older decor for newer decor, added Blue and White awnings, checkers, and replaced the Balcony Stage with Chuck E.'s House Facade, or the C-Stage.

Silver Spring remodeled once again between 1994 and 1995 during the [[SPT 1992 Remodel Program]] and would receive [[Phase 1 (1994)|Phase I]], [[Phase 2 (1997)|II]], and [[Phase 3 (2000)|III]] in their respective years. 13807 Outlet Dr., Store #402 was a Pizza Time Theatre/Chuck E. Cheese that opened in March 1983 (Date Unknown) with a Balcony Stage and closed on August 8, 2016. The store was located in the Briggs Chaney Marketplace.
