4911 Tacoma Mall Blvd, Store #3154/626 was a Pizza Time Theatre that opened in November 1983 (day unknown) with a Balcony show. This store was known as the last Chuck E. Cheese to house a Chuck E.'s House Facade. It is located right across from the Tacoma Mall.
